Our design phase encourages innovation
Our design team conducts acoustic modelling, engineering, and 3D CAD. We design attenuation packages to suit client requirements and consider a multi-stage approach. Our team route pipes away from maintenance components and maximise engine bay access. This may require experimentation with exhaust bends.
Exceptional in-house fabrication
Our production team build superior exhausts. We achieve precision using laser cutters and high-temperature powder coating. A specialist oversees each part of the build process for quality control.
Onsite testing and implementation
Our operational team actively participates in the onsite installation, sound testing, revisions, and reinstallation. We support our clients through to final compliance and don’t drop the ball after completing the project.
