UPGRADED CATERPILLAR EXHAUST PIPES
We offer straight and elbow pipes with flanged ends that bolt together. Aletek uses 2mm reinforced steel for pipe construction. The inner wall of dual-wall components is protected from failure by strategically located vent ports. Aletek logo badges assist with correct installation by pointing in the airflow direction.
UPGRADED CATERPILLAR MUFFLERS & TAILPIPES
We construct our Caterpillar muffler upgrades from 3mm steel and use high-temperature powder coating for abrasion resistance and corrosion protection. For installation, we provide reinforced brackets and mounting plates. Aletek logo badges indicate airflow direction.
Aletek Pipe Bellows
In addition to extending product durability, Aletek pipe bellows simplify installation. Our specialised bellow upgrades for 793F and 797F trucks feature convoluted steel for durability and easy installation without alignment tools.
Clamps & Install Hardware
Aletek stocks V-band clamps and installation hardware to support our Caterpillar replacement exhausts. Additionally, we stock universal components, straps, and gaskets for exhaust part upgrades or complete exhaust kit installations.
Dozers
We offer exhaust upgrades for Caterpillar dozers, including D9T (C18), D10T (C27), D11R (3508B), and D11T (C32). In addition, we offer a dual-wall exhaust upgrade for the D11T.

PIPE JIGS ENSURE CONSISTENCY
Aletek exhaust pipes match OEM exhaust paths. We construct a jig with the help of 3D scanning to match OEM pipes. These jigs are used for crafting pipes and for quality control. A specialist completes each part of the build process, which ensures quality.
THE ICING ON THE PIPE
Our fabrication team members are experts at creating the perfect exhaust. We use laser cutting and machined flanges to ensure the highest precision level. In the final stage, we apply a high-temperature powder coat in our signature gunmetal grey colour.
