Meet Calvin, one of our sewers in the blankets area. Here is what Calvin has to say about his time at Aletek so far.
“I’ve been at Aletek for 2.5 years now. I started an apprenticeship as a motor trimmer during which I heard Aletek was interested in putting me on a sewer because of my experience. I finished my apprenticeship and then started work at Aletek the next week.
As the company has grown, it’s shown me how well Aletek looks after it’s workers, from BBQ lunches in the past and other staff benefits.
What drives me is to look after people that look after me. Aletek and its workers look after me so I look after them. I help our team by putting out the best work I can and to be honest to everyone, always.”
