Every company has its unsung heroes. Those dependable workers that get stuck in, don’t make a fuss and get the job done. And so on that note, we took a moment catchup with William Rieck. One of Aletek’s quiet achievers who’s been a part of the ‘tek family for ten years.
Aletek has been Will’s main gig and when he started Aletek was just a small shed with Phil, Hamish and one other bloke! Even though our business has grown rapidly, it still feels like a family-based business to Will.
Will is one of our expert sewers and part of our thermal blanket production team. His teammates describe him as hardworking and a team player who stays out of trouble, although he doesn’t mind a good joke. He’s often the first one here and the last to leave.
