Another global expansion! We would love to introduce you to Bryan Jabba, our General Manager for South America.
Bryan has developed professionally in the mining sector, throughout his years of development he has learned that it is not all about offering a service, it is trying to understand what the client needs to demonstrate how valuable we are.
Bryan says “A company is made up of people, not numbers. From the first day I spoke with Hamish, I realised the value that people have in the company, I also understood that Aletek offers and seeks to satisfy the needs of the client, we understand the importance of the safety and integrity of the equipment. It is a company highly committed to safety, quality, and, most importantly, its people. It feels like a family atmosphere, although I have very little time in the company, I feel as if I have already known and worked for her for many years.” Bryan works with passion; he is looking forward to networking with new clients and contributing all of himself to achieve and conquer great triumphs.
Bryan is excited to smash some goals, “We have a great challenge ahead of us, we will move to the South American market initially in Colombia, Chile, and Peru, in which we trust to be able to succeed and gain the trust of our clients and demonstrate the added value that Aletek gives to their mining operations.”
Bryans’s motivation is sourced from his life as a family man.
“What I am and do is for my family, and professionally it drives me to be able to do what I like and work with people who think the same, a good environment at work is fundamental in all business.”
In his free time, Bryan enjoys his family to the fullest, “My wife and my two children, they amuse me in life and teach me the value it has. I never miss the opportunity for a good ride on the bike, during that time I recharge my energy and free myself from mental fatigue, it is a moment in which I connect with myself and enjoy the incredible landscapes. Another delicious activity is going out on a picnic with my family, enjoying a good meal, wonderful landscapes, and the best company.”
